It's summer already

I'm not a fan of summer, too hot for me in Brisbane.  It's only the middle of August and the night breeze is already warm and balmy which means only hot things are coming our way. 

This is what my summer is looking like...

Glamping

So I've only just recently found out about glamping - and it looks like my kind of camping!  There is a beautiful (Dutch) site called urbans and indians which features beautiful tee-pee tents and rugs and all kinds of soft things that make camping seem really attractive.  One can dream :)

I'm in the process of putting together a publication at work and thought we might use Issuu to publish it online.  So, I went ahead and created a dummy magazine and published it to see how easy the process was and it really was very easy.  You upload the file, refine a couple of settings if you want, and they give you the code to embed on your own site.  Yes, there are ads down the side but it is nice to have a product that is easy to use and works first time!
